Shipping policy

Local shipping in Israel – up to 30 ILS

(we will send it to your nearest post office for you to pickup)

International shipment – up to 30$

VAT and Duties may apply. The shipment will arrive to your country by Israeli post company within 10-20 business days.

 

Local pickup – free

Distribution times for 3D printing series products will range from 5-9 business days. We’ll send you an email, once your order is ready for you. SOON is located on Derech Yafo 9, Tel Aviv. visits and pickups only by appointment.

Returns
 

You may return FULL PRICED items for a refund postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

SALE ITEMS cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

Refunds
 

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
